Warranty and Returns

YS Woodworks products are made with the utmost attention to detail and quality control. All products are meticulously inspected throughout the build process.

• Products can be warrantied for a refund if there is a defect in the material or workmanship within 15 days. Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. YS Woodworks is not responsible for misuse, neglect or exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity.

• Please notify us right away if a product was damaged in shipping or a item was lost in the mail.

  FAQ’s:

  Do you do custom work?

  As a small operation, trying to maintain a healthy balance of family life and full time jobs, we generally don’t do custom work. However, it doesn’t hurt to ask…the variables might just work out.

  Do use dyes or stains in the wood?

  Nope! All the pieces you’ll find come with their natural color. No dyes, stains, or paint used. The color is enhanced and brought to life by Food Grade Mineral oil and bee’s wax.

  Do you ship outside of the US?

  Unfortunately we only ship within the United States.

  When will my order ship?

  As a general rule you can count on your item shipping in 1-3 business days. However, we will always endeavor to get items shipped as soon as possible.
